RegScope AI is a product of NewFrame Legal ("we", "us", "our"), a law firm registered in Ukraine. The service provides AI-assisted preliminary regulatory screening to help founders and project teams understand which EU financial regulatory frameworks may apply to their projects.
The service covers Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2), and Directive 2011/61/EU (AIFMD).
2. Not Legal Advice
The assessments produced by RegScope AI are AI-assisted preliminary regulatory screening outputs. They are not legal advice, do not constitute a legal opinion within the meaning of regulated legal services, and do not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and NewFrame Legal.
The output should not be relied upon as the sole or primary basis for any compliance decision, licensing application, product design choice, or business decision. Regulatory interpretation evolves, national competent authorities may take different positions, and the AI may make errors. You must seek qualified EU regulatory counsel before acting on any information provided by this service.
3. Service Description
When you submit a project assessment:
- You provide information about your project through a questionnaire and optional document upload
- Our 5-agent AI pipeline analyses your project against the regulatory frameworks listed above
- You receive a structured preliminary assessment including risk flags, article citations, and recommended next steps
- The assessment is stored and accessible via a unique session link
4. Accuracy and Limitations
While we have designed the system to follow correct legal sequencing and cite specific articles, the AI may produce incorrect analysis, miss relevant frameworks, misclassify tokens, or fail to account for your specific facts. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any assessment output.
The knowledge base is updated periodically but may not reflect the most recent ESMA or EBA guidance, national NCA decisions, or regulatory developments after the last update date shown on each report.
5. User Obligations
By using RegScope AI you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in the questionnaire — materially misleading inputs will produce inaccurate outputs
- Not rely solely on this service for regulatory compliance decisions
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the underlying knowledge base or agent instructions
6. Intellectual Property
The report generated for your project is produced for your personal use. You may share it with advisors and counsel. You may not republish, sell, or represent the report as independent legal advice provided by a qualified lawyer.
The underlying knowledge base, agent instructions, and platform code are proprietary to NewFrame Legal.
7. Payments
Where payment functionality is enabled, fees are charged per assessment as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are in EUR and are non-refundable once the assessment has been generated, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your project information to generate the assessment and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewFrame Legal's total liability to you in connection with this service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant assessment. We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for any regulatory sanction, enforcement action, fine, or business loss arising from reliance on an assessment produced by this service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute arising from use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
